Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment promptly after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for most orders within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Shipping Methods

Vending Star LLC partners with reputable freight carriers and shipping providers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Delivery is considered complete once the shipment reaches the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information submitted is accurate and complete.

Large and Heavy Item Deliveries

Some products sold by Vending Star LLC are large, heavy, or shipped on pallets. Depending on the product ordered, you may need appropriate equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or additional assistance to unload your shipment safely.

Our standard shipping service includes curbside delivery only. Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving products inside homes, garages, warehouses, or other storage areas.

We strongly recommend arranging adequate help and preparing your delivery location before your shipment arrives.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery before signing for acceptance whenever possible.

Verify that:

  • The correct products have been delivered.
  • The packaging appears intact.
  • There is no visible damage to the shipment.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, please make note of the issue with the delivery carrier and take clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Any shipping-related concerns should be reported to Vending Star LLC within 10 days of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Products

If concealed damage or missing items are discovered after delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and before the product is installed, assembled, or placed into service.

To help us investigate and resolve your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Any supporting documentation from the delivery carrier, if available.

Each claim is reviewed individually, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and accessible for freight vehicles.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, restricted access, the absence of an authorized recipient, or other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Vending Star LLC cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
