Return & Refund Policy

At Vending Star LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Has not been installed, modified, or altered.
- Is returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and included components.
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized machines.
- Modified or altered products.
- Consumable products, including candy, gumballs, snacks, or beverages.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be accepted once they have been opened or used.
Return Authorization Process
Before returning any item, you must first contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for the return
- Photographs (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send merchandise back without first obtaining authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a product arriving damaged or defective, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as Vending Star LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
To request an exchange, email contact@vendingstarllc.shop and include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage within 1 hour of delivery
- Product being exchanged
- Requested replacement item
Once reviewed, our support team will provide additional instructions.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipping charges, handling fees, and other non-product costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Any supporting documentation from the shipping carrier, if available.
After reviewing the claim, Vending Star LLC may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation may not be possible and the order may instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
